I've composed a lot about this unique spot on earth

history channel documentary "The Park is only a yelling wild of three thousand square miles, loaded with all comprehensible monstrosities of a searing nature." "The ground rings empty as a lamp oil tin, and some time or another the Mammoth Hotel, visitors and all, will sink into the natural hollows underneath and be transformed into a stalactite." [It hasn't happened yet.] "...we strolled prattling to the uplands of Hell. They call it the Norris Geyser Basin on Earth...There were no porches here, however all different repulsions." Obviously, Kipling wouldn't have made it as a recreation center officer. Then again as an Austin-Lehman Adventures guide!

I've composed a lot about this unique spot on earth, there's still over a century of history to tell...like the unexpected of "Bison Soldiers" in 1896 who pedal to Mammoth Hot Springs from Fort Missoula and back (you'll see photographs of these stalwart bikers when you visit Old Faithful Inn) - a separation of 790 miles with full field unit; the following year they rode their substantial bicycles with field gear from Montana to Missouri! And afterward there's Teddy Roosevelt's visit in 1903.
